Mindset & Performance

“You don’t get results from signing up. You get results from showing up.”

Results Come to Those Who Commit

A couple of weeks ago, I had a client tell me that my training “wasn’t right for her.”

She’d only made it to about two-thirds of her sessions and hadn’t completed a single home workout—but still decided it wasn’t working.

That same week, we received an email from someone who bought one of our online programs and requested a refund… less than 24 hours after purchase.

They hadn’t even finished one workout.

That was a tough week.

Because we pour everything into this work—time, energy, effort, and our reputation. Every athlete, every client, every program has our name attached to it.

After years of refining what we do, we know it delivers results.

So yeah—it stings when someone gives up before giving it a real chance.

Not for Everyone—and That’s the Point

Here’s the truth: our training isn’t for everyone.
And that’s by design.

We work hard to make sure the people we train are the right fit—not just physically, but in mindset and vision.

We want clients who:

  • Believe in what we do

  • Trust the process

  • Bring energy that lifts everyone around them

Because it only takes one person with the wrong attitude to throw everything off.

That’s why we’ll often spend over an hour with someone before they ever pay a dollar—to make sure they’re not just interested… but ready to commit.

The Real Formula for Results

If you want results, you need three things:

  • Effort. You must be willing to put in the work.

  • Trust. You have to believe in your coach and the process.

  • Commitment. You need to stay consistent—especially when it’s hard.

When those three align, results follow. Always.

Because progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about persistence.

Final Thought

As you move into your winter season, remember this:

You don’t get results from signing up.
You get results from showing up.

Put in the work.
Stay committed.
And make it count.
