Why More Plyos Isn’t the Answer
When athletes want to jump higher, their first instinct is usually the same:
More plyometrics.
More box jumps.
More depth jumps.
That approach works—at first.
But this is where most athletes get stuck.
They double down on the flashy stuff and ignore the pieces that actually drive long-term progress:

It’s about how well your body produces and transfers force.

How much force you can produce

But the rest of the system hasn’t kept up.
Train the Links That Are Limiting You
