The Efficiency Equation
Mindset & Growth
“We don’t get more hours in the day. We just learn how to use them better.”
Want to Improve? Do This First.
This past year has been a game-changer for us.
Our business is at an all-time high.
We’re reaching more people, working with more committed clients, and spending more time doing what we love.
But the real shift wasn’t just strategy—it was mindset.
We started thinking differently about how we use our time and energy.
I challenged the team to focus on the collective—to view decisions through the lens of our core values and the impact we want to have.
For me, it all came back to one question:
How can we impact more lives without burning out?
Everything Pointed to One Thing: Efficiency
So we stepped back and started evaluating how we spend our time—what moves the needle, what doesn’t, and what we need to let go of.
It reminded me of something I used to do as an athlete: a few times a year, I’d sit down and ask myself three simple questions:
Where am I now?
Where do I want to go?
What do I need to do to close that gap?
We don’t get more hours in the day—so we have to get smarter with the hours we have.
How to Apply This to Your Life
Take a look at your:
Time
Training
Habits
Goals
Then ask yourself:
How can I become more efficient?
Maybe it’s applying the 2-Minute Rule—tackling small tasks immediately to free up mental space.
Maybe it’s shifting one daily activity by just 30 minutes to create time for training, recovery, or rest.
Small changes compound. Big breakthroughs often start with better use of time.
Final Thought
Improvement doesn’t always mean working harder—it means working smarter.
Be honest about where your time is going.
Get creative with how you use it.
And take ownership of your growth.
Because efficiency isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters most.
