Plan A: Full Access
Your normal training session with all your usual tools.
Plan B: Minimal Equipment
Bands, tubing, dumbbells, or a small hotel gym.
Plan C: Zero Equipment
Just your body and intent.
Push-ups.
Squats.
Lunges.
Planks.
Simple still works—if you do it.
A fallback plan removes excuses before they show up.
Gym closed? You move anyway.
Traveling? You adapt.
Only 15 minutes? You get after it.
That’s how momentum survives busy seasons—and why some people start January ahead, not behind.
Your training doesn’t need to be perfect.
It just needs to get done.
