I get it.
You see, over the last 19+ years I’ve learned a few things about fitness, nutrition, and wellness.

That sounds great, Shelby, but what can I expect?
1st - We start off by having you fill out an intake questionnaire that talks about your past challenges, current goals, and any limitations you may have.
2nd - We have you manifest your goals of what you'd like to accomplish this year. Then we chunk it down to the first 6 weeks.
3rd - We work with you to create a customized meal plan and dietary strategy to help you know exactly what you should focus on.
We provide weekly meetings where we will cut through the bro-science and go in-depth on topics such as: structure, habit-building, metabolism, exercise efficiency, and fat loss.
Our team of coaches will provide support and feedback with regular check-ins to give you that little ‘boost’ when you feel like you need it.
Lastly, we’re so confident in your success that we’ll GUARANTEE your success - or we'll give you your money back!

But what do “I” have to do - anything crazy?
Nope.
In fact, you don’t even need to get a gym membership (although we recommend having access to one). We can help with use of our space, bodyweight only, or a separate gym!
